Egg Harbor City
Decorating contest set
The Greater Egg Harbor City Chamber of Commerce is expanding its annual Holiday Decorating Contest with a new business category this year. Residents and business owners are encouraged to show their holiday spirit and go all out when decking the halls this holiday season.
A team of judges, including children and adults, will drive the streets of Egg Harbor City during Christmas week to select the best decorated homes and businesses.
Residents can nominate a friend, neighbor, or their favorite business for judging by sending an email with the address and family/business name to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A list of winners will be posted on the Greater Egg Harbor City Chamber of Commerce Facebook page and on EHC-TV2 after the holidays. A dozen gift certificates for area restaurants and businesses will be awarded to the winners at the 7 p.m. Jan. 10 City Council meeting.
