Munchies, Melodies & Memories

Join the Friends of the World War II Tower for the follow-up to a successful event involving recollections of our nation's wars from veterans from World War II to the present, and the music of each era. This sequel will cover the Cold War, the Vietnam War, the Gulf War and the War in Iraq; area veterans of each war will make 10-minute presentations on their recollections and experiences. Living history interpreter Rich Chiemingo will highlight the music popular during each era. The afternoon will include refreshments and a social hour after the program. Admission is free. Saturday, March 2 at 1 p.m. Cape May Lutheran Church, 509 Pittsburgh Ave. Sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts & Humanities (MAC). For more information, call Bob Heinly at 609-884-5404, ext. 134, or visit capemaymac.org.
