Students to attend conference

Seven juniors from Lower Cape May Regional High School were selected to attend the 25th annual Elks Peer Leadership Conference from Feb. 1 to 3 in Long Branch.

The Greater Cape May Elks Lodge No. 2839 are financially supporting this endeavor. Lower Cape May Regional teacher and Renaissance Adviser Mary Rose Bispels also attended. Students who participated are Riley Andrews, Danyelle Addesso, Nicole Hornbeck, Jamie Ruchser, Alice Bur, Anna Osman and Jessica Nagel.

In addition to the juniors, one senior, Meg Beane Fox, also attended. Meg was chosen to be a “Highlighter” this year since she attended last year and impressed the Elks representatives.
