Library features Town Bank artist

The Lower Township Library, 2600 Bayshore Road, will feature fabric collages by fiber artist Mary Stewart during July.

Stewart is a fiber artist who has been sewing since she was 10 years old. She belongs to the Cape May Artists’ Cooperative Gallery and lives in Town Bank with her husband and two cats. Her work can be seen at the West End Garage, 484 W. Perry St., Cape May.

The Lower Township Library is a branch of the Cape May County Library system. It is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call 609-886-8999.

West Cape May

Art and Antiques in the Park set

The annual West Cape May Art and Antiques to benefit the West Cape May PTA will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 20 in Wilbraham Park at Broadway and West Perry Street.

Artists with works in oils, glass, mosaic, pastel, photography, jewelry and watercolor will be on hand to talk about and sell their own art. Several demonstrations will be take place.

Antiques dealers with furniture, glass, collectibles and more will be there. Food by Cape May Crab Cake Company and others will be available.
