A 20-year-old man from Villas was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with theft by deception, forgery and related offenses.
A 49-year-old woman from Whitesboro was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with shoplifting, resisting arrest and aggravated assault on a police officer.
