Washington College announces dean’s list for spring

Washington College in Chestertown, Md., has announced its dean’s list for the spring 2013 semester. Dean’s list students are recognized for their academic excellence and achieved a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher for the semester.

Students recognized from the area include Joel Novick, of Cape May Court House, class of 2014 political science major; Mercedes Robertson, of Cape May Court House, class of 2016; and Jacqueline Petito, of Villas, class of 2015 anthropology and art and art history major.

Randle graduates from Central Methodist University

Dacota Avard Randle, of Cape May, has graduated from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Mo., with a bachelor of science degree in sports management.

Randle was one of about 200 CMU students who completed coursework through the main campus in Fayette either this past spring or during the summer.
