Margate police have ruled a fire Wednesday evening on North Jefferson Avenue arson.
Fire Investigator's Ed Woltman and Chris Baumgartel of the Margate City Fire Department made the official ruling Friday and are now working together with the police department to determine who set the fire, according to a release.
The fire occurred at 6:24 p.m. and severely damaged a home. No details of the investigation were released and Chief Anthony Tabasso did not return a call seeking comment.
