A 50-year-old man from Margate was arrested Jan. 25 and charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent person.
A 19-year-old man from Margate was arrested Feb. 7 and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, purchasing alcoholic beverages for minors and with a warrant.
