Author Leesa Toscano, left, and illustrator Janet Bodoff, both of Ventnor, recently collaborated on a children's book called 'Eat Your Vegetables,' in an effort to encourage children to eat healthier. They are shown in the children's section of the Ventnor branch of the Atlantic County Library. The book is for ages 3 to 7 years old, and Toscano wrote it for her daughter Melissa when she was a toddler because she did not like eating vegetables. Now 21, Melissa is a vegetarian.
