The Northfield Cultural Committee, caretakers of Northfield’s museum, are looking for Sandy storm damage photos of the Northfield area. Trail of Two Cities rescheduled
The Trail of Two Cities 5K Run/Walk has been reschuled for Saturday, Nov. 17, due to the storm.
Registered runners can pick up their race packets Nov. 15 and 16 at the Aquatic & Fitness Center, 18th and Simpson. Go to lmsports.com/trailol12.htm to register through Nov. 13. Race morning registration starts 7 a.m. at the Transportation Center in Ocean City at Ninth Street and Haven Avenue, where the run/walk starts.
Buses will be available at the finish line at JFK Park in Somers Point to take runners to the start before the race. Buses will transport runners back to Ocean City at the conclusion of the race. The 5K Run awards ceremony will take place at JFK Park after all 5K runners have finished. All walk participants will be able to see their time as they complete the course.
