Hamilton Township police arrested a man accused of exposing his private parts to a juvenile girl in a department store.
Joseph Reggi, 32 of Northfield, turned himself in to the township’s Police Department on Friday after an investigation by police stemming from the incident, which occurred on July 17, police said.
Reggi was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and lewdness, police said. He was released pending a court appearance, police said.
