Authorities are clearing Zion and New roads in Northfield at the scene of a two-car accident.
Police said Avis Jackson, 50, of Pleasantville, made a left turn onto New Road but did not yield for oncoming traffic. Her vehicle hit a car driven by Draya Jackson, 31, of Egg Harbor Township, police said.
Draya's Jackson's vehicle had two passengers, an adult, Dana Jackson, of Egg Harbor Township, and a small child. They were taken to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center City Campus in Atlantic City.
Draya Jackson remains in critical condition as of Wednesday morning. Dana Jackson was discharged.
Avis Jackson was taken to Shore Medical Center in Somers Point.
The intersection was open as of 5:15 p.m. after about a 30-minute closure
