Third lane still years away for stretch of parkway where Mainland students died

Traffic approaches the Delilah Road overpass on the southbound lanes of the Garden State Parkway in Egg Harbor Township, Wednesday where a group of Mainland Regional high school athletes crashed at mile marker 37.6 after the driver swerved to avoid a traffic jam on the other side, flipping and killing four of the vehicle's occupants. A third lane is slated for the area, but no date has been set for the construction.
