TED Talk focuses on violence against women

Latest Video

The TED Talk at 11 a.m. July 13 in the Ocean City Free Public Library features Jackson Katz, an anti-sexism educator who works extensively with schools, sports associations and all branches of the U.S. military.

In this video, he asks the question that gets at the roots of why sexual abuse, rape and domestic violence remain a problem: What’s going on with men?

A discussion always follows the showing of a 20-minute video.

Katz is the founder of Mentors in Violence Prevention, which enlists men in the struggle to prevent men’s violence against women.
