Scholarship dinner set for Nov. 1
The Ocean City High School Leadership Club’s Scholarship Dinner will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Nov. 1 in the school Cafeteria, 501 Atlantic Ave. (use Fifth Street door). This will be a buffet of international foods prepared by local chefs.
There will be door prizes and music by Mr. Tym Cox and his OCHS student ensemble. Adults $25, children 10 and younger $10, children age 3 and younger are free.

St. Peter’s to collect post-Halloween candy
Donate extra Halloween candy to St. Peter’s United Methodist Church, Eighth Street and Central Avenue in Ocean City, daily 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the church office.
The church will use it for missions, feeding the homeless in Atlantic City, outreach to college students and elderly visits.
