Mill Road in Upper Township closed after erosion collapses section Press staff reports The Press of Atlantic City Media Group
Mill Road in Upper Township was closed Wednesday after a section of the roadway collapsed.
According to Cape May County officials, runoff from this weekend's storm eroded the embankment and roadbed around an existing storm drain pipe.
The road is closed from Woodbine Road to Cedar Avenue in Upper Township.
County road crews have installed road closed signs and are prepping the work site. Walters Marine Construction, Inc. will begin work to repair the roadway on Thursday.
