A 25-year-old man from Vineland was arrested Nov. 16 by State Police and charged with burglary, theft, fencing, conspiracy and unlawful possession of a weapon.
A 23-year-old man from Upper Township was arrested Nov. 16 by State Police and charged with burglary, theft, fencing, conspiracy and unlawful possession of a weapon.
