Upper Township
A 43-year-old man from Marmora was arrested July 4 and charged with DWI refusal, theft by unlawful taking, and operating a vehicle during a period of driver's license suspension due to previous DWI conviction.
A 19-year-old man from Egg Harbor Township was arrested July 11 and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana.
A 24-year-old man from Ventnor was arrested July 11 and charged with DWI and motor vehicle violations, and additionally charged July 12 with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle while in possession of CDS.
A 44-year-old man from Cape May Court House was arrested July 12 and charged with DWI and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana.
