Ocean City Public Relations Director Mark Soifer said that Quiet Festival events scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 7, have been moved to Nov. 10 at the Community Center, 17th and Simpson Ave.

Also planned is a special Trick or Treat that will tie in with the City's Trick or Treat 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10. Events at Community Center on Nov. 10 include the Quiet Pet Contest, the Snore at the Shore, the Turtle Singers, cartoonist Jerry Lukas drawing cartoons for kids, a Yo-Yo demonstration by Air Circus and Paper Airplane making and flying. The Yawn Along and Maple Pod Drop that was called off Nov. 7 because of rain and snow from the Northeaster will take place on Saturday.

The open poetry session is still scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at the Ocean City Free Public Library, 17th and Simpson Ave.
