Atlantic City Alliance President CEO, Liza Cartmell, of Haddonfield. Plans for more and more non-gaming attractions in Atlantic City are starting to take shape. The Atlantic City Alliance's plans for four major art installations in the city on currently vacant lots. One site includes plans for an indoor playground.
