At 12:35 p.m. traffic around Bader Field continues to flow smoothly, although one lane out of Atlantic City is blocked off. There are no backups.

Traffic in the city itself is moving, with jitneys running easily between the House of Blues and Albany Avenue. Traffic on Atlantic Avenue, however, was reported to be very heavy.

However, traffic on Tilton Road through Northfield into Margate is extremely heavy, with traffic backed up up to almost the Route 9 intersection.

Traffic on the Atlantic City Expressway is also heavy, especially after the Pleasantville toll, but is moving.

With half an hour to gates open, a crowd of 100-200 people had formed waiting to get in.
