As a child, I can remember my mom and aunts taking us to the Steel Pier to go on the rides. It was always a fun place to go to in the summer, and it always brings back the great memories of when we were kids. I can remember the little jail cell where you could get your picture taken - and my sister, brother, uncle, aunt, mom and me all getting our picture taken there. I was 5 or 6 years old, in 1966 or 1967. - Lawrence Strickland Sr., Galloway Township
