Acquisitive Stockton flexes its financial muscle

The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey is a major property holder in the region and has been expanding. Last year, the college bought the Seaview Resort - a sprawling hotel, golf and spa resort along Reed's Bay in Galloway Township - for $20 million. The more-than-670-acre resort was the latest in a growing list of Stockton properties. They include:
