The new church had previously been a union hall. Pastor Blake Spencer, who may be one of the first gay pastors in our area, at the site of the new Ocean Heights Presbyterian Church. After years of declining membership, the Presbyterian Church of Pleasantville has made some fundamental changes to its outlook and ministry including its acceptance of an openly-gay pastor.
