Miguel Guzman, 42, of Ventnor, cleans out his home that was damaged during Hurricane Sandy. 'A lot of precious moments, like my tapes and videos from the past 20 years,' were lost. 'I kept them in the bottom of the cabinet, and didn’t even think about it,' he said.
