Golden Sentencing
A capacity audience was in the courtroom for the sentencing. An adjacent courtroom with a live video feed was used for the overflow crowd. Nicholas Golden, the Philadelphia man who pleaded guilty to aggravated manslaughter for the July 2008 death of Middle Township resident Craig Lozier, was sentenced to nine years in state prison in Cape May County Superior Court Wednesday Feb 23, 2011. Lozier was killed on his motorcycle when Golden collided with him while driving under the influence and passing other vehicles on Rt 47 in Middle Township. (Dale Gerhard/Press of Atlantic City)
