Christmas house tour: The 28th Historic Dennisville Christmas House Tour will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Dec. 16. It is the major fundraising event of the year for the Dennisville Historic Home Owners Association. A minimum of eight 18th and 19th century homes, several public buildings and two churches, all decorated for the holidays, will be open to the public. This year features the circa 1813-17 Jonathan Crandall House. Tickets are $15, sold at the Dennisville Post Office, 24 Hall Ave., beginning 3:30 p.m. the day of the tour.
