Main Event

Sculpture Exhibit in Hammonton

What Is It: For the past four years the curators of the Noyes Museum of Art, Michelle Post and Dave Carrow, have been showcasing sculptures by local artists in the exhibit, "Highwater Sculpture Express." Post and Carrow are also artists and some of their own work is on display along with sculptures by six other sculptors.

What To Expect: All of the work is done by local, contemporary artists from New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. The artists have been allowed to work freely, without constraints while keeping in mind good taste. The work is innovative in its use of materials, method and content.

Event Info: The exhibit is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and is located in the satellite gallery of the Noyes Museum of Art at 5 S. Second St. in Hammonton. For more information, call 609-561-8006.
