Don Henley at Caesars

Who Is He: Don Henley, 62, became a star as one of the founding members, singers and drummer of The Eagles in early 1970s. Following the band's breakup in 1980, Henley embarked on a successful solo career that included several hit albums and singles.

What To Expect: In concert, Henley plays a mix of Eagles tracks and solo material. Earlier this month in Canada, Henley performed Eagles' hits that included "Hotel California," "Life in the Fast Lane" and "One of These Nights." Henley also sang singles from his solo career, including "All She Wants to Do is Dance" and "The End of the Innocence."

Disco Ball 8 at the Taj Mahal

What Is It: The Disco Ball 8 concert features a host of old-school disco and hip-hop acts will include performers Gloria Gaynor, The Trammps, Peaches and Herb, France Joli, Loleatta Holloway, Shannon, Lime, Carol Douglas, Taanya Gardner, Bonnie Pointer, right, D-Train and the Sugar Hill Gang.

What To Expect: For the past seven years, Atlantic City has hosted Disco Ball events, much to the delight of southern New Jersey's disco-lovers. Concertgoers are sure to hear Gaynor sing "I Will Survive"; The Trammps perform "Disco Inferno"; Pointer singing "Jump"; Peaches and Herb performing "Shake Your Groove Thang"; Shannon performing "Let The Music Play"; and Gardner singing "Heartbeat."

Railroaders open house in Richland

What Is It: The Patcong Valley Society of Model Railroaders was founded more than 50 years ago in Linwood. The club moved first to Ocean City and then Egg Harbor Township before settling on its current location in Richland, about 10 miles west of Mays Landing. The group has more than 25 members, and every year Patcong Valley's winter open houses pull in up to 1,000 visitors per weekend.

What To Expect: This event showcases the society's intricate model-railroad displays. It's a big hit for children and train fans - and a good way to spend some time with family without breaking the bank.

Event Info: The open house runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at Patcong Valley Model Railroaders Club, Route 40 at the intersection with Fir Avenue, across from Richland Carpet in Richland. Shakespeare comedy in Lower Township

What Is It: The half-American, half-British Aquila Theatre Company was founded in 1991 in London by Peter Melneck, and has been based since 1999 in New York. Aquila presents a regular season of plays in New York and tours to approximately 70 American towns and cities a year.

What to Expect: In "As You Like It," William Shakespeare was commenting on all things related to love during the 16th century. There is parody, comedy, melancholy, the horrible vices and beautiful virtues of the characters responding to the lust for power, the lust for lust and the concepts of love at first sight, which blighted the Elizabeths as it amuses us. The cast features one American and six Brits.
