Mother-daughter lookalike contest at Trop
If people are always mistaking you and your mother - or you and your daughter - for sisters instead, you can make that work for you today at the Tropicana Casino and Resort. Because the Trop and WAYV-FM 95.1 want you for their mother-daughter lookalike contest this afternoon in The Quarter. And the only reward for having repeating genes isn't a cute picture - you also can win tickets to a sold-out concert by One Direction in August in Philadelphia, and a $500 shopping spree at The Quarter's stores. But be advised, there's already some tough competition pre-registered, including Absecon's Patrice Feehan and her daughter, Jessica, right. The contest, a kickoff to the Trop's "Glamour Week," is hosted by Diane Mitchell from WAYV's "Mike & Diane Morning Show."
If You Go: The event is free. Registration starts at noon and the contest starts 1 p.m. outside the Farmer's Almanac in The Quarter at Tropicana, 2831 Boardwalk, Atlantic City. For more details, see 951wayv.com
