Beer-tasting dinner in Cape May

It's a tough subject, but somebody has to study it. Gary Monterosso, above, also known as "America's beer authority," will teach a crash course in how to pair beer and food at a dinner that's part of the annual Cape May Food & Wine Celebration.

Actually this isn't one course - it's four courses, which is how many dishes you'll be served by the people at Aleathea's Restaurant. Each food course is paired with a different style of beer, and Monterosso, a beer expert who has appeared often on TV and radio, will offer lessons on which foods go with what beers, and solve all your beer-and-food mysteries.
