Prosecutors: Snooki's behavior criminally annoying

Raya entered not-guilty pleas on Polizzi's behalf to three charges after she was arrested last month and charged with disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance. Prosecutors say Polizzi also will face an additional charge of annoying people at the beach in the New Jersey town where the MTV reality show is based. Her trial was scheduled for Sept. 8.
