Music: Flo Rida talks music, preps female protege
Flo Rida doesn’t worry about album sales as long as singles such as ‘Right Round’ continue selling.

ATLANTIC CITY -- Hip-hop artist Flo Rida will perform a show in the Trump Taj Mahal's Mark G. Etess Arena on Sept. 2, the casino announced Thursday. 

Flo Rida is known for such earworms as "Low," "Right Round," "Whistle" and "My House." The latter song in 2015 peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and became his 11th top 10 single.

Tickets for the 9 p.m. show range from $55 to $85, not including taxes and fees. They can be purchased at the Xanadu Box Office at the Taj, or through Ticketmaster by calling 1-800-736-1420 or visiting

Flo Rida was scheduled in September of 2015 to play a concert at the since renovated Festival Park at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, one of his more recent local shows. The performance was canceled a few days prior to the date.
