'A Taste of AC Restaurant Week'
What Is It: One of the year's most popular food events, Atlantic City Restaurant Week, starts Sunday at more than 70 spots in and around the city. But tonight, you can get a sneak preview of a bunch of the restaurants in a fundraiser at Atlantic City Country Club in Northfield. Think of it as spring training for Restaurant Week.
What To Expect: About 15 restaurants are set to be part of the evening, handing out tasting-size portions of their Restaurant Week menus. You can also find live music and a cash bar, and the whole evening helps raise money for local charities, including the Community Food Bank of New Jersey's Southern Branch and the Alcove of Atlantic County.
