The Palm Restaurant at The Quarter in Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City is offering lunch for the first time during restaurant week. But General Manager Paul Sandler, left, and Executive Chef Ron Reid aren’t skimping on the menu, offering (clockwise from back) a jumbo lump crab cake sandwich, creme brulee and maple-soy glazed salmon filet for $15.13. The flourless chocolate cake and 9-ounce filet represent some of their top sellers on the dinner menu.
