'The Age of Innocence' in Ocean City
What Is It: The Ocean City Free Public Library's twice-per-month classic-film series continues tonight with "The Age of Innocence," directed by Martin Scorcese and based on the equally classic Edith Wharton novel from 1920. And you not only get to see the movie, you can talk about it too, in a discussion led by film historian Wally Brown.
What To Expect: This 1993 film stars Daniel Day-Lewis - who's also the title character in the current historical hit "Lincoln" - plus Michelle Pfeiffer and Winona Rider. It's a story of forbidden love in high-society New York in the late 1800s, so you know the costumes will be part of the show, too.
Event Info: The screening is free. The film starts
