Local author: Brigantine man publishes book of southern New Jersey short stories
David P. Martin, of Brigantine, has published "Martin's Yarns," a compilation of 34 short-but-true stories about life in southern New Jersey and Atlantic City. Stories include "Atlantic City July 4, 1937," "The Evening Star Yacht Club" and "I Had Dinner With Nuckey Johnson."
The book is available for $20 at the Pirates Den, 13th Street North and Brigantine Avenue in Brigantine and $30 at Amazon.
