Local author: Ocean City writer pens thriller
Local author
David R. Hall of Ocean City, has written "America D.O.A.," a thriller about a terrorist attack that leaves more than 14 million Americans dead. Hall, a retired Air Force officer, publishes under the penname O.C. Daktari. The book is available in paperback for $14.92 or as an e-book for $9.99.
