Mac Miller at House of Blues

Who Is He: Pittsburgh-based rapper Mac Miller is all over YouTube - to the tune of a reported 165 million hits for clips of his music. But he's a lot harder to catch live: After a pair of Atlantic City shows starting tonight at House of Blues, he says you won't be able to see him in the U.S. until sometime in the spring.

What To Expect: Miller, 20, who was born Malcolm McCormack, plays a full band's worth of instruments - he has been recorded on piano, guitar, bass and drums. Look for him to do material from his first record, "On and On and Beyond." And if you're lucky, he may even channel an appearance by his alter-ego, lounge-lizard crooner Larry Lovestein.

Event Info: Showtime is

9 p.m. today and Thursday at House of Blues, in the Showboat Casino-Hotel, 801 Boardwalk, Atlantic City. Tickets are $31.50 and $39. For more details, see
