GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP — Mara Justine will be featured on “American Idol” Monday, competing to advance past the top 24 contestants.

The 16-year-old Absegami sophomore will be featured at 8 p.m. on the reality singing competition on ABC. For the solo round Sunday night, she sang Whitney Houston's "Run to You."

Monday night’s episode will be a round of celebrity duets. Justine will be singing alongside Rachel Platten, according to a post on her Twitter account. Platten released "Fight Song" in 2015.
