Exercise: Push-up with gliding reach
Muscles targeted: Upper body, core
Equipment: Gliding disc
Reps/sets: 10 reps/3 sets
Assume a push-up position (can be done on your knees) and place your right hand on a glider.
As you lower yourself to the floor, reach out as far as you can with the hand on the glider. Pull your hand back in while rising up into starting position. Finish all reps on one side, then switch.
