Revolutionary War camp
What Is It: Historic Cold Spring Village, just north of Cape May is the perfect spot for this event. Because Cold Spring Village, an "early American living history museum," is the natural South Jersey home for a Revolutionary War camp in 2013.
What To Expect: Look for weapons firing and soldiers of all sorts - Continental, British and Hessian - reenacting battles from America's war for independence. But you can also see what everyday people did during that war, and check out the rest of Historic Cold Spring Village, which includes 26 restored buildings on 30 acres.
