Deborah Pellegrino, executive pastry chef for Caesars Entertainment, shapes the king cake before putting it in the oven. Pellegrino is responsible for the desserts served at 38 restaurants around Showboat Casino Hotel, Bally’s Atlantic City and Harrah’s Resort.
