ATLANTIC CITY -- Who will it be?

The performer has yet to be announced.

ATLANTIC CITY — The city will get a prime-time spotlight on New Year’s Eve.

With that in mind, we take a look back at some of the performers from last year's New Year's Rockin' Eve set list. Maybe it could give us some insight on who we might see at the end of the year...

Who would you like to see perform? Let us know in the comments.

JIMMY BUFFETT

Buffett performed "Margaritaville" from Brooklyn's Barclays Center last year. He also played on the Atlantic City beach this year.

TAYLOR SWIFT

Swift debuted her "Out of the Woods" music video at last year's New Year's Rockin' Eve party.

ONE DIRECTION

The boy band performed three songs at last year's show: "Drag Me Down," "Perfect" and "History."

LUKE BRYAN

The country singer performed a medley of "Move" and "That's My Kinda Night." Like Buffett, Bryan showed off his skills in Atlantic City this year, at Boardwalk Hall.

CARRIE UNDERWOOD

Medleys must have been a popular choice with the country singers performing in Time Square last year. Underwood did a trio of her songs, including "Smoke Break," "Heartbeat" and "Before He Cheats."

WIZ KHALIFA and CHARLIE PUTH

If you didn't think of the "Fast and Furious" franchise and star Paul Walker when you heard Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth sing "See You Again," then you're doing it wrong.

DEMI LOVATO

Lovato also performed in Times Square during last year's New Year's Eve party, singing her popular hits "Cool For The Summer" and "Confident."

NICK JONAS

Another singer who's played Atlantic City! Jonas, who sang "Jealous," "Chains" and "Levels" at the New Year's Rockin' Eve celebration, also was an opening act for Maroon 5 in their 2015 beach concert in Atlantic City.

MACKLEMORE AND RYAN LEWIS

Known for their songs "Thrift Shop" and "Same Love," the duo performed the bouncy "Downtown" single last year.
