Carol Kadi: A positive attitude and a full life

My Mother, Carol Kadi, is the best mother I know. She continues to great care of herself into her 70s. She is able to mow her own grass and keep a nine-room home. I am grateful for her healthy lifestyle for many reasons. Now that I am older, she and I enjoy a friendship beyond our natural bond. I hope to be just like her when I retire. She is setting a grand example of how we should live in order to stay active and strong into our 80s (and 90s God Bless!). The process of aging does not have to bear only negative aspects. Yes, we will all get older. But she shares a positive attitude and doesn't allow the minor distractions or aches and pains to stop her.
