NEW YORK - Broadway's "God of Carnage" will get a new set of actors next month.
Producer Robert Fox says the 2009 Tony-winning best play will welcome Jimmy Smits, Annie Potts, Christine Lahti and Ken Stott to the cast on Nov. 17.
The four performers will replace the original members of the Broadway cast: Marcia Gay Harden, James Gandolfini, Hope Davis and Jeff Daniels. They have been in the hit comedy since it opened last March at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre.
"God of Carnage" concerns the clash between two liberal, middle-class couples whose children get into a fight.
