Useful Information
Parking: No onsite parking for the festival, but there are garages and lots open for the event. Shuttles will run from the Atlantic City Convention Center, located at the foot of the Atlantic City Expressway. NJ Transit Rail and Amtrak connects to the Convention Center, also. Parking is also available there at $12 for one to four hours, $2 for the fifth hour, $1 for each additional hour and $33 for 24 hours. The WAVE Garage is located on Fairmount Avenue near the Convention Center. Use the crosswalk and catch the shuttle at the Convention Center. The rates are $3 up to one hour, $10 from one to eight hours, and $13 for eight to 24 hours.
What's allowed in the venue: Baby strollers; binoculars; blankets, sheets, towels; empty water bottles, other empty plastic containers; handheld umbrellas; non-professional recording equipment (mobile phones, point-and-shoot cameras, etc.); soft-sided coolers; and two factory-sealed water bottles (up to 1 liter each).
What's not allowed in the venue: Carts, tents and chairs of any kind; glass bottles, glass containers and metal cans, including sunscreen in aerosol cans; hard-sided coolers; illegal or illicit substances of any kind; large backpacks (framed, hiking backpacks, etc.); laser pointers; long chain wallets, spurs or studded jewelry; outside food or drinks (including alcohol); personal motorized vehicles, scooters, skateboards; pets (except service dogs); weapons of any kind, including pepper spray, fireworks or explosives of any kind; and bicycles inside festival grounds. Bike racks are near the box office.
