The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul, Mary J. Blige, above, does a four-show residency Friday and Saturday in the 1,100-seat Circus Maximus Theater at Caesars Atlantic City.
Other acts in town this week include the second and final day of Metallica's Orion Music + More Festival today at Bader Field. The Event Center at Borgata welcomes The Jacksons on Friday and Crosby, Stills & Nash on Saturday.

Movie 'Magic'
Every movie auditorium showing the dramedy "Magic Mike," starting this Friday, looks to turn into a bachelorette party as the film is about male strippers and stars Matthew McConaughey, above, and Channing Tatum.
Other pictures opening nationwide Friday include the comedies "Ted" and "Tyler Perry's Madea's Witness Protection" and the drama "People Like Us."
New Maroon
The Los Angeles pop-rock band Maroon 5, with lead singer Adam Levine, above, of "The Voice" fame, releases its fourth studio CD, "Overexposed," on Tuesday.
Maroon 5 has the No. 2 pop single in the country this week with the song "Payphone" featuring Wiz Khalifa.
'The Newsroom'
Aaron Sorkin, creator of the Emmy Award-winning political drama "The West Wing," returns to television with the drama series "The Newsroom" debuting 10 tonight on HBO. The show focuses on the behind-the-scenes intrigue with the anchor at fictional Atlantis Cable News. The cast includes Emily Mortimer and Sam Waterston, above.
