A cappella in A.C.
The a cappella group Straight No Chaser, above, has released two full-length holiday music CDs since 2008, so they are sure to sing some of the songs from these releases Friday and Saturday when they are in the Circus Maximus Theater at Caesars Atlantic City.
Other entertainment in town Saturday includes Engelbert Humperdinck in The Concert Venue at Harrah's Resort and the Legends Holiday Show every day this week in the Concert Theater at Bally's Atlantic City.

Bossman Big Boi
When Antwan "Big Boi" Patton, above, works with Andre "Andre 3000" Benjamin in the hip-hop duo OutKast, he has to compromise. He calls all the shots on his solo CDs.
His second solo album, "Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors," will be released Tuesday. The project includes contributions from fellow rappers T.I. and Ludacris.
Director Peter Jackson's three "Lord of the Rings" films grossed a total of $2.9 billion worldwide at the box office. It's no surprise Jackson is back with "The Hobbit," starring Martin Freeman, above. The film, the first of a trilogy, is the literary prequel to "The Lord of the Rings." "The Hobbit" opens Friday.
Singer and actor Michael Buble returns with his second Christmas special in two years. On "Michael Buble: Home for the Holidays," the Grammy Award-winner sings seasonal standards with guests that include Rod Stewart and Carly Rae Jepson.
