Tommy Tune in L.B.I.

Who Is He: A Texas native, Tommy Tune, is an actor, dancer, singer, theater director, producer and choreographer. Tune, a nine-time Tony Award winner, stars in "Taps, Tunes, and Tall Tales" today at Surflight Theatre in Beach Haven.

What To Expect: In "Taps, Tunes and Tall Tales," Broadway's tallest tapper takes to the Surflight stage - dancing, singing and tale-telling through 50 years of big-time showmanship on the theater's newly renovated stage following Hurricane Sandy. Tune has been touring around the country for the past three years in his musical memoir "Steps in Time, A Broadway Biography in Song

and Dance."
